Source One Systems staff consists of individuals who provide a broad base of expertise for our clients. Our technical staff has 4 individuals who can respond to the support and service of our client’s immediate and long term needs. We are located in Central New York enabling us to service much of Upper New York State. We will be employing individuals in the installation, training and support of the MAS90/200 & Business Works installations with over 45 combined years of experience in providing accounting business and management solutions using Microsoft Windows platforms including Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows VISTA and Windows 7 operating systems. Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Small Business Server 2003, Small Business Server Edition 2008 and 2011. In addition Windows Terminal Services and Citrix MetaFrame. Experience also in ACT!, Contacts in ABRA, Business Alerts, Crystal Reports, Data Migrator, F9, FAS and FAS Link, FRx, and WinFax Pro. Our experienced staff meets the immediate needs and responsiveness of our clients. Management reports are vital to the decisions and future of any business. Up to the minute information is needed to make immediate changes to prevent extended losses and gain customer satisfaction. Our staff has an exhaustive accounting systems understanding including the complete Cycles needed to efficiently and effectively run the operations of our clients. From the Purchase Cycle to the Sale Cycle we have the experience of understanding the needs of all levels of management. Our experience has enabled us to focus on the end result of total implementation without losing the processes and procedures needed to achieve that result. Training encompasses the daily tasks needed to complete transactions within each module. Our training is usually centered on our customized procedures guides which, not only document transaction processing, but specifically identify procedures to be followed for your organization.
